The journey to Lake District Adventuring is an adventure in itself. Founded and still run by Jack Oliver, it began as a side project for Jack to earn extra cash while working full-time and pursuing his passion for mountain running and climbing in his spare time.

Over the last 10 years, we’ve transformed into a reputable and popular outdoor adventure provider, highly respected within the local community and beyond. Our modern and professional team is dedicated to delivering amazing adventures all year round. Surfing requires very strong legs which can come from swimming lessons. Swimming also increases a person’s endurance and stamina to paddle in water which constitutes over 50 percent of the surfing time.

Rush Park as an adventurous sport and recreational pastime first peaked in 1980s only to fall. However, with all sorts of advancement, the sport has suddenly caught the fancy of all those looking for unique adventure and fun.
