Meet Your Coach: Jack Oliver

Our program is led by the accomplished Jack Oliver, a seasoned runner and adventurer with a wealth of experience. Jack has completed several ultra-distance runs, including a solo unsupported winter Bob Graham Round, Ramsay Round, and Lakeland Classic Rock as well as a Winter Steve Parr round one of 2 people to ever complete the round in winter.

His dedication to the sport and deep knowledge of running makes him the ideal coach to help you succeed having helped people from every level of fitness compete in some of the biggest rounds and races across the UK. Jack holds the Mountaineering Instructor Award as well as being a level 3 personal trainer and UESCA running coach.

  • One-off 12-week program for £70
  • Monthly coaching for £75 per month for a min of 3 months.

Both plans are designed to help you improve your performance, stay motivated, and avoid injuries. Using TrainingPeaks, a powerful training and tracking tool, we provide detailed training plans and regular progress check-ins to ensure you stay on track.

My monthly coaching package includes free training events in the Lake District, Weekly check-in and discounted Guided running as well as access to local discounts and more.
