3 PEAKS CHALLENGEfrom
The Adventuring 3 Peaks challenge is a fast-paced, physically demanding and mentally tough challenge. This challenge involves climbing to the top of the 3 highest mountain tops in the UK Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon.
The National 3 Peak Challenge covers 24 miles with a total ascent of 3064 meters over the 3 biggest mountains in the UK and will need to complete the challenge in under 24 hours. However, if you’re thinking about taking on this challenge you need to be ready. This is a fast-paced, hard-on-the-legs and psychically demanding challenge with each mountaintop having a very tight time limit and requiring a lot of hard work to get up and down in time.
We run these challenges as an open event meaning anyone can join the challenge. Adventuring will supply you with a great set of guides for each mountain top as well as all your transport and a driving team. We will be with you from the pickup point at the start, on all the mountains and then to the drop-off at the end of the challenge, we will give all the support, guidance and help you need to make your challenge a massive success.
You’ll need to come prepared and put in the hard work and training. Because of that, a great warm-up challenge is to do either the edges challenge or the Yorkshire 3 peaks. That being said if you do take on the 3 peaks challenge, you will be rewarded with an unbelievable sense of achievement and a massive amount of kudos with some brilliant memories to take away with you.
