This is a challenging mountain walk over 15 days with a large amount of time above 3500 meters. We will be affected by the altitude during the trip and whilst we will discuss how to manage this, walking in the high mountains can be very physical and tiring. With the combination of the two it can become a very challenging environment to be in. This trip is planned to have 2 rest days long the way with shorter walking days in the middle this gives you the best opportunity to enjoy the trek . As always we advice prior fitness training as essential before this trip.
You’ll mostly need summer walking equipment with a few extra bits and bobs thrown in there. Once your place is confirmed we will send you out a detailed packing list. We will of course always be on hand to offer extra advice on the run up to this trip.
Please do not book your flights until your place has been confirmed. We will send you details of the flights that we are booked on to and hopefully you can book around that. Ideally, we will all meet at a central airport and travel together, however if you decide to choose a different airport we ask that you try to arrive around the same time.
