• You’ll be paid quickly,  Often before the work or within 24 hours of your invoice being sent (none of this 30 days waiting crap).
• Your opinion and experience is valued.

• Complete transparency about wages, roles and what to expect.

In return all we ask is that you’re passionate about what you’re doing, and represent Adventuring in a professional and respectable manner. That you ensure our clients have the best time possible and that you look at everything with a positive outlook .

Rates of Pay:

Adventuring rates of pay are clear and open we do not shy away from talking about money for 2023 – 2024 they are set out at the following

Activity day ( 2 activities ):£140 + £15 if you come to the stores to pick up and drop off kit from our store, this is not expected.

Mountain Day Summer ML: £150

Mountain day Winter ML : £170

MCI  or above day: £180
