A confirmation email is on its way to you now with your full receipt. We will send you another message the day before with your exact meeting point, a map link and the time to arrive.

If it has not arrived within ten minutes, check your junk folder — then give us a ring and we will sort it.

What to bring

• Swimwear — wear it under your wetsuit
• A towel and a full change of warm clothes for afterwards
• Trainers or old shoes you do not mind getting soaked
• A drink and a snack
