We've been running stag and hen adventures in the Lake District for years — every session is led by fully qualified guides, all kit is included, and we tailor the experience to your group's confidence level. Whether it's the bride-to-be wanting to push herself or the best man who's never left the city, everyone goes home buzzing. No experience needed — just the willingness to get stuck in.

Ghyll Scrambling — wade, jump and scramble through natural waterfalls. Brilliant fun for all abilities.
Canyoning — bigger water, bigger jumps and serious laughs. Best for groups who want maximum excitement and don't mind getting very wet. This is our most popular option and for good reason
Abseiling — conquer a 60-metre rock face as a group. A genuine shared challenge that leaves everyone buzzing.
Rock Climbing — problem-solve as a team on the crag. A different kind of challenge that tests communication and trust.
