Our abseiling experience includes all the necessary safety equipment, a professional guide, and a full safety briefing. You’ll learn the basic techniques of abseiling and have the opportunity to descend under the supervision of our experienced instructors.
No previous experience is required. Our abseiling sessions are designed for beginners and those with some experience. We’ll guide you through the process step by step to ensure a fun and safe experience.
We recommend wearing comfortable, outdoor clothing and sturdy shoes with good grip, such as hiking boots or trainers. Dress appropriately for the weather, as the experience takes place outdoors.
Participants must be at least 8 years old there is no weight limit. However, participants must be able to fit into the safety harness comfortably. If you have concerns contact us in advance
